The following terms and conditions apply to the Software provided by Rockwell Automation to Customer, as applicable:
1. Software and Cloud Services - Rockwell Automation’s Software and Cloud Services Agreement will exclusively govern the licensing or if for Cloud Services right to use the Software by Rockwell Automation. 2. PTC On-Premise Software Products - If PTC On-premise Software Subscription is included in the quotation, the PTC Licensing Basis Table will supplement the Rockwell Automation Software and Cloud Services Agreement (End User License Agreement | Rockwell Automation) with information about the licensing basis and restrictions for each of PTC On-Premise Software product. 3. PTC Cloud/SaaS Terms - PTC Cloud/SaaS Services Terms will exclusively govern the access and use to PTC Cloud or SaaS Services. PTC OnShape Terms of Use will exclusively govern the access to and use of the OnShape Product and Services which can be accessed at: Terms of Use | Onshape
4. Software Support Services Policy - Rockwell Automation’s Software Support Services Policy will exclusively govern the delivery of Software and Support provided by Rockwell Automation, unless otherwise provided for in this quotation. Payment terms for PTC or Claroty third party software will be net thirty (30) unless otherwise stated.
