With FactoryTalk Analytics VisionAI, you benefit from no code camera configuration, AI driven insights, enterprise manageability, and analytics out of the box that deliver valuable insights from real time production quality data.

Supplementing Rockwell Automation’s Software and Cloud Services Agreement, as well as any framework agreement that may exist between the parties, if the Software You are acquiring rights to is FactoryTalk Analytics VisionAI, the following additional terms apply:

With the exception of any data that contains any personally identifiable information obtained from You, Rockwell Automation and its third-party licensors own all data relating to the performance of its Software, technology, and services and has the right to aggregate, collect, analyze, and use the same for the purpose of improving its Software and services (e.g., system tuning, machine learning, and related tools and algorithms).
